Privacy Policy — myRX

Overview
myRX is a personal medication, appointments, and blood pressure tracking app. myRX is designed to work offline and store your information on your device.

What information myRX stores
Depending on what you enter, myRX may store:
- Medication / prescription details (name, dosage, schedule notes, and related fields)
- Dose logs (“I took it”) with timestamps and optional notes
- Appointment details (title, date/time, location, notes)
- Blood pressure readings (systolic/diastolic/pulse/notes) with timestamps
- Profiles you create within the app (e.g., “Me”, “Family Member”)

Does myRX collect or share data?
No. myRX does not operate a server for your health data and does not sell or share your information with third parties.

Export, sharing, and backup features
If you choose to use features like Share Medication List, Share Blood Pressure Report, or Create Backup, myRX generates a file on your device and shares it using the method you choose (for example email, messaging, or cloud storage). You control where that file goes.

Data security
myRX can use security features provided by your device operating system (such as device credentials, biometrics, and secure storage when enabled). You are responsible for keeping your device secure (PIN/biometrics/lock screen).

Data retention and deletion
Your data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app removes local app data from the device.

Children’s privacy
myRX is not intended for use by children without adult supervision. If an adult uses myRX to store a dependent’s information, it is stored locally on the adult’s device.
